Sophia Propria LLC — Effective June 2026

1. About Saporio

Saporio is an AI-powered wine assistant platform developed and operated by Sophia Propria LLC, a California limited liability company. Saporio currently includes two products: Saporio Somm, an AI wine assistant, and Saporio Cellar, an intelligent wine collection manager. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of both products.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using any Saporio product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use Saporio. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Sophia Propria LLC.

3. Closed beta access

Saporio is currently available by invitation only. Access is granted at the sole discretion of Sophia Propria LLC and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time without notice. An invitation to access Saporio does not constitute a commitment to continued availability of the service or any particular feature.

4. What Saporio does

Saporio Somm

Saporio Somm is an AI wine assistant that helps users discover, choose, and experience wine. Somm generates wine recommendations, tasting guidance, pairing suggestions, and related analysis based on your inputs. All outputs produced by Somm are informational and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Sophia Propria LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or fitness for purpose of any Somm output.

Saporio Cellar

Saporio Cellar is an intelligent wine collection manager available via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Cellar enables you to manage your personal wine inventory through AI-assisted tools. Access to Cellar is authenticated through the same Saporio account as Somm. You are responsible for the accuracy of inventory data you submit to Cellar.

5. Your account

Access to Saporio requires authentication through a supported identity provider, currently Google and Apple. By signing in, you authorize Sophia Propria LLC to receive your email address and identity token from that provider for the purpose of creating and maintaining your Saporio account. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Saporio to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform;
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform;
  • Access the platform through automated means other than through supported integrations.

7. AI outputs

Saporio uses artificial intelligence to generate wine recommendations and analysis. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on Somm outputs when making purchasing decisions, particularly for high-value wine acquisitions. Sophia Propria LLC is not liable for decisions made based on platform outputs.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Saporio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sophia Propria LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sophia Propria LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Saporio. During the closed beta period, Sophia Propria LLC's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50 USD).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

11. Changes to these terms

Sophia Propria LLC may update these terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes through the platform or by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of Saporio after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance.
